摘要
目的:考察吐温-80、二甲基亚砜(DMSO)、1,2-丙二醇3种非水溶性物质溶剂,在抑菌试验中溶解非水溶性供试品时对抑菌效果的影响。方法:通过体外抑菌试验,用琼脂扩散法测定3种溶剂的抑菌作用。结果:DMSO与水混合的不同浓度对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌均无抑菌作用,在抑菌试验中可用于溶解非水溶性供试品,而吐温-80和1,2-丙二醇对抑菌效果有干扰。结论:在考察非水溶性供试品的抑菌活性时,DMSO对抑菌结果无干扰,可作为适宜的溶剂溶解非水溶性供试品。
Objective： To survey the effects oftween-80, dimethyl sulfoxide （DMSO） and 1, 2- propanediol on inhibitory activity in antibacterial test. Method： Inhibitory activity of all the solvents was detected by agar disc diffu- sion method for antibacterial test in vitro. Result： Different concentrations of DMSO mixed liquid showed no inhibi- tion to Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli while Tween 80 and 1, 2-propanediol demonstrated interference to antibacterial results. Conclusion： In the investigation of inhibitory activity of non-water-soluble solvents, DMSO has no interference to antibacterial results and is suitable for dissolving non-water-soluble solvents in antibacterial test.
