摘要
社区养老服务是居家养老服务的重要支撑,具有社区日间照料和居家养老支持两类功能。文章在从政策体制、资金、服务内容、服务人员和宣传力度等方面对制约社区养老的因素进行了详细的分析,并在此基础上,从完善政府主导下的市场养老服务机制、形成多渠道筹资机制、加强养老服务队伍建设、拓宽社区养老服务内容和加强社区养老宣传等五个方面提出了完善廊坊市社区养老服务的对策,以实现社区服务和居家养老的密切结合,使有限的资源发挥最大的效益。
