摘要
从职业教育共同体角度探讨了高职学院教学产业园建设是实施工学结合、校企合作办学的最佳途径之一,其中校企伦理共同体是校企合作的长效机制,并提出了通过相互认同与价值共识、情感纽带与文化建设等途径构建教学产业园中校企伦理共同体的思路。
From the point of vocational education community view,this paper discuss that the building ot teaching industrial park is one of the best ways to implement work-integrated learning, university-enterprise cooperation. The ethical community is a long-term mechanism in university-enterprise cooperation. The author conclusion that the way through mutual acceptance and value consensus, emotional ties and cultural construction is builded for the ethical community in teaching industrial park.
