摘要
高素质、专业化的新型农民是新农村建设的关键,而农村职业教育是培养新型农民的最主要手段,目前我国的农村职业教育政策虽然已初步完善,但在具体实施过程中仍然存在着政府扶持力度不够,政策倾斜不够明显等制约农村职业教育发展的瓶颈。因此需要在进一步完善的过程中统筹规范,完善法规,从而推动我国农村职业教育的长足发展。
The high-quality and specialized new farmers are the key to the building of new rural areas and the rural vocational education is the major means to train new farmers. At present, the rural vocational education policy in China has been in the preliminary shape, but in the practical implementation of the policy, there exist such problems as inadequate support from the government, unclear preferential policies, which restrain the development of vocational education in rural areas. Hence, it is of urgent need to make an overall standardization and perfect ~e regulations in order to improve the development of vocational education in China＇s rural areas.
