摘要
目的 探讨老年抑郁症和痴呆患者的听觉事件相关电位P30 0 特点。 方法 对 2 8例老年抑郁症、2 2例老年痴呆患者与 2 4名健康老年人P30 0 的N1、P2 、N2 、P3 成分进行测定。 结果 抑郁症组和痴呆组P3 潜伏期分别为 (4 0 7 17± 6 0 90 )ms、(4 2 8 81± 33 49)ms,较对照组〔(374 0 0± 31 36 )ms〕显著延长 (P <0 0 5 ) ;痴呆组P3 波幅为 (4 17± 2 81) μV ,较对照组〔(6 76± 2 82 ) μV〕降低 (P <0 0 5 )。但抑郁症组与痴呆组比较 ,P30 0 各成分变化均无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。 结论 老年抑郁症及痴呆患者均存在认知功能的变化 ,听觉P30 0 不能作为鉴别两者的客观指标。
Objective The purpose of this study was to explore the character of P 300 auditory event related potentials (ERPs) in senile depression and senile dementia. Methods The subjects included 28 patients with depression, 22 with dementia and 24 healthy controls. N 1,P 2,N 2 and P 3 components of P 300 were recorded. Results The latency of P 3 in senile depression 〔(407 17±60 90)ms〕and senile dementia 〔(428 81±33 49)ms〕 was longer than that in control group ( P <0.05), but the amplitude of P 3 in senile dementia 〔(4 17±2 81)μV〕was reduced ( P <0.05), and was not changed in senile depression 〔(5 80±2 05)μV〕( P >0.05). No significant differences detected in the latency and amplitude of P 3 between depression and dementia groups. Conclusions The results suggested that the patients with senile depression also had cognitive impairment, but auditory P 300 ERPs could not be served as a differential marker between depression and dementia.
