中国城镇性别收入差异研究

摘要 2013年全国"两会"上,"贫富差距"话题开始进入最高民意机构的视野,城市两性职业收入差距过大所引起的社会问题开始引起社会的警觉和反思.利用CGSS全国性抽样调查数据,考察了年龄、受教育程度以及单位类型等因素与职业收入上的性别差异.研究表明,男女两性在因素条件相同的情况下,女性职业收入仍低于男性.试图通过数据分析,针对性别歧视现象进行梳理,对问题的解决提出几点建议. In the "two sessions" of our country in 2013, the topic of "the gap between rich and poor people" became one of the most concerned topics of the highest public institutions. The problems caused by the larger gender income gap aroused the alertness and reflection of the society. This paper with the CGSS national sampling survey data inspects the relationship between age, level of education, company type and the gender difference of job income. The study shows that under the same job conditions, women get lower pay than men. This paper at tempts to analyze the data to find out the problems wth gender discrimination phenomenon and at last makes some suggestions for the solution of the problems.
