摘要
女大学生就业难已是不争的事实,但至今仍没得到切实有效的解决。运用SWOT分析可知,女大学生在就业方面既存在优势,也存在劣势,既面临机会,也面临挑战,女大学生就业有四种战略选择:增长型战略(SO),扭转型战略(WO),多样化战略(ST)和防御型战略(WT)。促进女大学生就业,首先学校要加强思想教育、专业教育和职业规划教育,其次在就业中体现男女平等,第三女大学生要发挥自身优势,迎接挑战。
Based on the employment of female undergradute has been a difficult problem,This paper by using the method of SWOT analysis from the management point of view,analyzes their own strengths,weaknessesandand opportunitiesbi i n ;a;,and threats facing society in the course of female emnlo,~mentr^j from two respects of subjective ectivebj obect_ve, proviung the female unuergrauates 's employment strategies ' selection. And from the four sides of the main body, namely, the government, schools, employers and individuals supply the corresponding suggestion in order to improve female undergradute's employment rate,meanwhile,to promote the female undergradute's employment quantity and quality,expecting they play a certain role in promoting and facilitating female employment.
