摘要
结合对流层散射信道衰落特性,分析了通信设备一周7天、一天24小时充分保障的代价;针对通信资源紧张的压力,探讨仅保障必要的通信需求,释放或尽量少地使用资源的研究思路及潜在需求;并结合这一需求,提出弹性和容中断伺机散射通信两种变速率传输技术,分别分析了2种技术的设计理念、概念发展过程、应用效果及可能的应用方向;最后,对2种变速率传输技术在通信领域的应用前景进行了客观预计。
Combining with troposcatter channel fading characteristics,this paper analyzes the expenses of adequately guaranteeing the communication equipment for 7 days a week with 24 hours a day. Aiming at the deficiency of communication resource,the discussion topic covers such research ideas and potential demands as guaranteeing essential communication needs, releasing or minimizing the resources to use. Considering those demands mentioned hereinbefore, adaptive rate transmission technologies such as elastic and interrupt-tolerant waiting scattering communication are proposed, whose design principle, concept development, application effects and possible application direction are analyzed respectively. Finally,the application prospects of the two adaptive rate transmission technologies in the field of communication are evaluated objectively.
