婴儿牛奶蛋白过敏45例分析 被引量：9

摘要 目的分析婴儿牛奶蛋白过敏的临床表现及特点。方法对45例临床确诊牛奶蛋白过敏患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 45例患儿中表现为胃肠道症状45例,呼吸道症状2例,皮肤损害9例,贫血19例,营养不良13例,病情轻重程度为轻-中度32例,重度13例。经饮食回避及药物治疗后患儿症状均缓解。结论牛奶蛋白过敏在婴儿中并不少见,且临床表现多样化,饮食回避是主要的诊断及治疗方法且疗效肯定。
