摘要
国际经济与贸易专业的应用型人才培养主要是为了提高学生的实践能力,提高学生的综合素质。基于KSAO模型,以黑龙江八一农垦大学国贸专业为例,分析国贸专业人才应具备的职业能力,应从整合课程体系、增强校内外实践教学、培养创业精神等方面提高国贸专业人才培养水平。
The training of applied talents for international economics and trade major is mainly to enhance the students＇ practi- cal ability and increase their comprehensive quality. Based on KSAO model, we take the international economics and trade major of Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University as the example, analyze the vocational ability the talents of international trade major should have, and heighten the training level for the talents of intemational economics and trade major.
