摘要
KSAO是人力资源管理中对员工职业岗位资质的描述模型。利用KSAO模型将应用性国际贸易人才的职业能力分解为知识、职业能力、素质能力和个性特质四个方面。根据KSAO模型的分析结果,从理论教学和实训教学两个方面构建高职国际贸易专业课程体系。针对不同学习阶段来设计实训教学模块,并各有侧重。
KSAO is the description model for staff＇s professional post qualifications in human resources management. The professional abilities of applied international business talents can be divided into four aspects including knowledge, professional abilities, quality abilities and personality by KSAO model. According to the analysis outcomes of KSAO model, the curriculum system for international business specialty of higher vocational education can be built from the aspects of theoretic teaching and practice teaching, and the practice teaching module is designed aiming at different learning phases.
