摘要
2008年夏季和2012年夏季分别对滦河口-北戴河海域进行了浮游植物群落特征研究。结果表明:(1)2008年夏季调查共鉴定浮游植物53种,2012年夏季调查共鉴定浮游植物31种,浮游植物物种组成的变化较明显。(2)2008年夏季浮游植物细胞丰度高值区主要在调查海域东北部,2012年夏季浮游植物丰度高值区主要在调查海域北部。与2008年相比,浮游植物丰度均值有所下降,丰度组成中皆以硅藻类为主,但甲藻类比例有所增加。(3)2008年和2012年查海域的生物多样性和丰富度尚好,群落结构尚稳定。(4)2008年和2012年浮游植物不同群落类型之间浮游植物组成皆呈显著性差异。2008年和2012年浮游植物群落不相似性主要贡献者差异性较大。(5)与环境因子相关性分析表明,2008年影响浮游植物群落主要环境因子为溶解氧含量和叶绿素a含量;而2012年影响浮游植物群落主要环境因子则为pH、盐度、叶绿素a含量和无机氮含量。
Community characteristics of phytoplankton have been studied in Luanhe-Beidaihe estuary in summer 2008 and 2012. The result showed that: ( 1 ) 53 phytoplankton species were identified in 2008, 31 phytoplankton species were identified in 2012. The spe- cies composition of phytoplankton changed obviously from 2008 to 2012. ( 2 ) The average abundance of phytoplankton was high in the northeast of the survey sea in summer 2008 ; the average abundance of phytoplankton was high in the north of the survey sea in summer 2012. The average of abundance decreased significantly from 2008 to 2012. (3) The diversity and abundance index were passable in the survey sea. The characteristics of community structure of phytoplankton were tolerably steady from 2008 to 2012. (4) The species at 24 stations were grouped into four eeotypes in summer 2008, the species were grouped into three ecotypes in summer 2012, and one-way ANOSIM test revealed significant differences from 2008 to 2012. The species which provided main dissimilarity of community structure were significant differences from 2008 to 2012. (5) The results of Bivariate, BIOENV and BVSTEP analysis implied that DO and chlorophyll a were the most important factors affect phytoplankton community in summer 2008 ; pH, salinity, chlorophyll a and inorganic nitrogen were the most important factors affect phytoplankton community in summer 2012.
