摘要
以某油田二元复合驱采出液为研究对象,对比常规聚驱采出液,分析了其理化特性及微观形态;并利用瓶试法及光散色法研究手段,结合其理化特性及现场工艺特点评选开发了DS高效破乳剂。结果表明,在DS投量50mg/L条件下,采出液油水分离快速,1h后水相含油仅224.2mg/L,体系稳定性参数SI高达14.95(现场剂SI仅6.31),破乳效果显著优于现场剂,满足现场需求。
Demulsification of produced liquid by surfactant-polymer flooding from an oilfield was very difficult, and the existing demulsification technology can't satisfy the demand of oilfield. This paper analyzed the physicochemical properties and micro morphology of this produced liquid and com- pared the results with polymer flooding produced liquid by means of bottle test method and light-scatter method. A high efficient demulsifier named DS had been developed based on the analysis. The experi- ments results show that a high oil-water separating velocity of the sample can be reached with 50 mg/L DS added, and the oil in water phase can be decreased to 224.2 mg/L in 1 h. Moreover, the stability index of the sample is 14.95(compared with 6.31 of the existing demulsifier). It can be concluded that the DS can meet the demand for demulsification of the produced liquid for its higher efficiency compared with the existing demulsifier.
