聚苯硫醚不锈钢混纺织物穿着舒适性研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究不锈钢纤维含量和织物组织对聚苯硫醚不锈钢混纺织物穿着舒适性的影响。采用不同不锈钢纤维含量的聚苯硫醚不锈钢混纺纱与纯聚苯硫醚纱交织生产平纹、斜纹和方平织物,测试了各试样拉伸回复性、剪切刚度、抗弯刚度以及表面粗糙度,并采用方差分析法和灰色聚类分析法对试验数据进行了分析。结果表明:不锈钢纤维含量对织物的拉伸性能和表面粗糙度有显著影响;织物组织对织物的剪切刚度、抗弯刚度和表面粗糙度有显著影响。认为:灰色聚类分析法可对织物的穿着舒适性进行综合评价,用以指导产品开发。 Effect of stainless steel fiber content and fabric texture on polyphenylene sulfide fiber stainless steel fiber blended fabric wear comfort was researched. Pure polyphenylene sulfide fiber yarn and polyphenylene sulfide fiber stain- less steel fiber blended yarns were interwoven into plain fabric, twills and regular basket weave fabric. Properties of stretch elasticity, shear stiffness, bending stiffness and surface roughness of each fabric were tested. Variance analysis and gray clustering analysis were used to analyze the test data. The result shows that the fabric stretch elasticity and sur- face roughness are effected by stainless steel fiber content obviously. The fabric shear stiffness,bending stiffness and sur- face roughness were effected by fabric texture obviously. It is considered that gray clustering analysis can be used to evaluate fabric wear comfort comprehensively and guide production.
