摘要
以丙烯酸(AA)为单体对聚苯硫醚(PPS)进行低温等离子体接枝聚合,采用增重法测定不同处理条件下产物的接枝率,研究了等离子体处理时间、接枝单体溶液浓度、等离子体处理功率对接枝率的影响.结果表明:接枝单体的质量分数过高过低都不利于PPS的接枝;最佳处理条件为等离子体处理时间为120 s、等离子体处理功率为50 W、接枝溶液质量分数为30%.
Graft copolymerization of acrylic acid (AA) onto polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) initiating by low temperature plasma is studied. Grafting rate is measured by weighing method. The effects of plasma power, plasma treatment time and monomer concentration on grafting rate are investigated. The vesuhs show that the grafting rate is both small as monomer concentration is big or small. The optimum processing conditions are 120 s of plasma treatment time, 50 W of plasma power, and 30% of monomer concentration.
