MR-PWI评价早期兔脊柱结核血流灌注的初步研究 被引量:2

A Preliminary Research of Blood Flow Perfusion of Early Spinal Tubercolosis in Rabbits using MR PWI

摘要 目的探讨MR灌注加权成像(PWI)在早期兔脊柱结核血流灌注动态化监测中的应用价值。方法手术建立兔脊柱结核动物模型(病变组)、对照组模型(对照组)及空白组,造模后4、6、8周对其分别采用MRI常规及PWI扫描,观察常规MRI表现及病变椎体的血流灌注变化,选定感兴趣区并分别测量正常椎体与病变椎体的相对信号强度增加率(△SI)、最大线性斜率比值(SSmax)、平均通过时间(MTT)、达峰时间(TTP)值,所测得的△SI、SSmax、MTT、TTP值行重复测量的方差分析。病变组动物于第8周行MR检查结束后处死,经病理学证实为结核感染纳为研究对象。结果成功建立脊柱结核动物模型。造模4、6周病变椎体、椎间盘X线、CT表现正常,8周后部分椎体骨质破坏。常规MRI显示为长T1、长T2信号,DWI高信号。术后6周病变组△SI、SSmax、MTT、TTP值均达到最大,病变组与对照组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组与空白组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MR PWI能较好地评估早期脊柱结核血流灌注变化,为临床干预提供影像学信息。 Objective To discuss the value of perfusion weighted imaging for vascular dynamic monitoring of early spi nal tuberculosis in rabbits. Methods Rabbit models of spinal tuberculosis established by operation were divided into in fection group and control group. The animal models were examined with conventional MRI and PWI at 4weeks, 6weeks, 8weeks after operation. The MR features of lesions were observed on conventional MRI, and blood flow perfusion data, in cluding A SI, SSmax, MT'F, TTP were calculated on PWI at 4, 6, 8 weeks after operation. Results The spinal tubercu losis model was successfully established in rabbits. Vertebral and intervertebral disc had not showed abnormal on Xray and CT images at 4weeks, 6weeks after operation. While conventional MRI showed unusual signals. The values of A SI, SSmax, MTI', TIP get maximum at 6weeks after operation, and the values had statistically significant different between in fection group and control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Perfusion weighted MR imaging is useful to evaluate blood per fusion of the early spinal tuberculosis in rabbit models.
