摘要
如何有效引导农业企业积极履行企业社会责任是解决农业企业社会责任缺失的关键。以中国农业上市公司为样本,采用面板数据进行回归模型分析,实证检验政治关联、制度环境和农业企业社会责任之间的关系。研究结果表明:政治关联与农业企业社会责任之间存在正相关关系;制度环境负向调节政治关联与农业企业社会责任之间的正相关关系。具体而言,在制度环境较差的地区,政治关联对农业企业社会责任的积极影响增强,反之亦然。
How to guide agricultural enterprises to fulfill corporate social responsibility actively is key to solve the lock of corporate social responsibility in agricultural enterprises. This paper takes agricultural listed enterprises in China as samples and uses the panel data, then examines the relationship among political connection, institutional environment and CSR in agricultural enterprise settings by regression analysis. The results show that political connection has a significant and positive impact on CSR in agricultural enterprises; institutional environment negatively and significantly attenuated the relationship between political connection and CSR in agricultural enterprises. That is, the relationship is more positive for agricultural enterprises with poorer institutional environment, and vice verse.
