Convergence of the Two Poles of Aesthetic Modernity

摘要 审美现代性的超感性特质,形成了"感性"与"理性"在对立中融结的格局,并随历史发展。这种两极融结,不仅在"主客之间"展开,还在"主体"的内部、"客体"的内部生发。"大众文化"作为审美现代性的产物,与传统"精英文化"的竞生性对生,显示了双方由竞争到相互融结,既保持独立而又相互渗透的共生规律。大众文化审美职能的制衡和集体无意识的共鸣,都显示出感性和理性中和发展的机理。感性与理性的对立性"融结"与升华,显示了审美现代性的发展规程与进入生态文明时代的可能。 The ultra-emotional characteristics of aesthetic modernity has formed a pattern that the emotional and rational poles are converging in contrast and developing in history. Such a convergence is practiced not only between the ,subject and the object, but also inside them respectively. As the result of aes- thetic modernity, the mass culture is produced in contrast to the traditional elite culture, which demonstrates a symbiotic law of both independence and mutual permeation. The balance of aesthetic effect of mass culture and the unconscious resonance result from the harmonious development of emotion and rationality. The contrasting convergence and development of emotion and rationality have seen the prospects of aesthetic modernity and the possibility of eeo--eivilization.
