摘要
磨煤机负荷控制对象是典型的非线性、大滞后及时变性的控制对象,采用常规的控制方法难以获得较好的控制效果。基于预测控制在解决复杂难控对象方面的优势,提出模型算法控制方案,用以解决磨煤机负荷控制问题。仿真效果表明,当模型参数变化、内部扰动及设定值扰动时,模型算法控制在稳定性、鲁棒性、抗干扰性上均优予常规的比例-积分-微分控制。最后,在仿真基础上提出可用于实际工程的算法控制设计方案,条件具备时可将其应用到电厂实际运行中。
The control object of the coal mill load control system is typical non-linear and time-varying system with large lag,and it is more difficult to obtain better control result by conventional control method.Based on the advantages of the prediction control in solving complex and barely controllable objects,a model algorithm control(MAC) scheme was proposed and used to solve the problem of coal mill load control.The simulation result shows that under conditions of the model parameters variation, the internal perturbation and the setting destabilization,the stability,the robustness and the anti-interference performance of the model algorithm control are all superior to that of conventional PID control.At last,based on the simulation result,an applicable for practical engineering model algorithm control design scheme was put forward,which can be used in power plant operation when certain conditions are available.
