摘要
介绍了基于无模型控制的多变量解耦控制方法,讨论了这种控制方法的原理和设计思想,给出了这种控制系统的结构,分析了此方法的解耦特性,还分析了球磨机制粉控制的特点,并应用该方法进行了仿真.结果表明,该控制系统对多变量强耦合时变的球磨机制粉控制对象具有良好的解耦性能和自学习控制特性,此控制方法为解决复杂对象的控制问题提供了一个新的思路.
A control method of multi-variable coupling control based on model-free control is introduced. Structure of the control system was given and its theory, design idea and decoupling characteristics were analyzed. Characteristics of ball mill pulverizing control system have also been analyzed. The result of simulated control of ball mill by this method shows that the control system has perfect decouple and self- learning control performance for multi-variable, strong-coupled and time-varying ball mill pulverizing control system. This control method provides a new idea to solve problem of complex control objects.
