考虑时变性的全尾膏体管输阻力计算 被引量:37

Calculation of resistance in total tailings paste piping transportation based on time-varying behavior

摘要 为探明时间因素对于全尾砂膏体管道输送阻力的影响规律,基于宾汉流变模型,结合浆体絮网结构理论,构建了考虑时变特征的五参数膏体流变模型,提出通过膏体恒定剪切率流变测试进行模型参数估算,推导了相应管输阻力的计算模型.以某铅锌矿质量分数为78%的全尾膏体为研究对象,进行了5组恒剪切率流变测试,根据结果对其管输阻力的时间变化过程进行了分析,结果表明:在60~80m3/h的系统流量下,膏体输送阻力随运行时间逐渐降低,最终达到约4.5MPa/km的稳定值,为初始阻力的46%. Based on the rheological equation of Bingham fluid and the theory of slurry flocculent structure, a 5-parameter time-dependent rheologieal model is established to reveal the time effect on resistance loss in piping transport of total tailings paste. Numerical solution to the re- sistance loss is derived by means of constant shear rate rheological tests. By using the paste (Cw=78%) of a lead-zinc mine, five groups of constant shear rate rheological tests were imple- mented, and the time-varying transport resistance was estimated. The results showed that within a flow of 60~80 m3/h, the transport resistance decreased gradually with operating time before it reached a stable value at 4.5 MPa/km which was 46 % of the initial resistance.
