摘要
针对现有采矿充填系统的不足,基于各环节的输送能力分析,进行了煤矿泵送膏体和似膏体充填系统优化设计.该系统由给料机构、输送机构、破碎机构、搅拌输送机构、泵送机构、输送管道、采空区充填机构组成,具有输送距离长、充填效率高、系统整体结构简单、自动化程度高等优点.在介绍该系统工作流程和技术关键基础上,在山东新汶矿业集团某煤矿使用了该充填系统.结果表明:该系统运行良好,各项监测数据和参数符合要求,工作人员工作环境的安全性得到了较大提高.
For the shortage of existing mining filling system,based on the transmission capacity’s analysis of each tache,a new mine pumping filling system for paste and paste-like was developed.The system was made up of filling material mechanism,conveying mechanism,crushing mechanism,mixing and conveying mechanism,pumping mechanism,pipeline and filling mechanism.The advantages of the system includes long conveying distance,high efficiency for filling,simple structure and high automation.On the base of introducing the work process and key technology,this system was applied to one mine in Shandong Xinwen Mining Group.The result shows that the system runs well,and the monitoring data and parameters meet the requirements.Besides,the safety of staff’s working environment has also been greatly improved.
