密集烘烤中变黄期升温速度与湿度控制组合研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用气流上升式密集烤房,研究了密集烘烤中变黄期升温速度和湿度控制组合对烟叶外观质量、经济效益、化学成分和评吸质量的影响。试验结果表明,变黄期前期干球温度以3 h/℃从35℃升至38℃,湿球温度保持在36±0.5℃,变黄中后期干球温度以2 h/℃从38℃升至42℃,湿球温度保持在37±0.5℃有利于改善烟叶外观质量,协调化学成分,提高评吸总分。 The effects of heating rate and humidity during yellowing stage on the appearance, chemical components and e-conomic values of tobacco leaves during bulk curing were studied. Test results showed that the combination of dry-bulb temperature riseing from 35 to 38℃ at a rate of 3 hours/℃ while the wet bulb temperature maintaining at 36±0.5℃ dur-ing the early stage of yellowing and the dry bulb temperature riseing from 38 to 42℃ at 2 hours /℃while wet bulb tempera-ture maintaining at 37±0.5℃during the late stage of yellowing, was helpful for better appearance quality, chemical com-position and smoking total score.
