摘要
石油化工工程项目中,设计阶段对工程造价的影响达到35%~75%左右,因此控制工程造价的关键在于设计阶段。本文立足于设计阶段的实际情况,从优化设计方案方面展开来探讨石油化工工程项目设计阶段造价控制问题。
The effects of design stage for petroleum and chemical engineering project cost have reached about 35% to 75%, so design stage is the key to control project cost. Based on the actual situation of design stage, this paper investigates the project cost control in the design phase of petrochemical engineering project from the optimization of design.
