摘要 MicroRNA(简称miRNA)是生物基因组中广泛存在且对mRNA的表达产物有调控作用的一类非编码蛋白的RNA。目前的研究表明,miRNAs在胚胎植入过程中起着非常重要的作用。因此,在子宫内膜容受性的形成过程中miRNAs也许参与其中。本文综述miRNA与子宫内膜容受性的相关研究进展。 MicroRNA(miRNA)is a class of non-coding RNAs that regulate the translation of target messenger mRNAs and widespread in biological genome. It is indicated in the recent study that miRNAs plays an important role in the process of embryo implantation. So it is suggested that miRNAs may take part in the process of the formation of endometrial receptivity. The relationship between miRNA and endometrial receotivitv is summarized in this article.
