摘要
目的调查某三级甲等医院护士工作满意度现状。方法采用工作满意度量表对某三级甲等医院405名护士进行问卷调查。结果工作满意度量表总均分为(3.33±0.47)分,得分最高的3个维度是人际关系、工作成就感、薪酬;得分最低的3个维度是压力感、公平感、社会承认感。<25岁护士的工作满意度高于其他护士(P<0.05),外科护士的工作满意度高于其他科室(P<0.05)。结论护士的工作满意度整体水平不高,护理管理者应及时减轻护士的压力,对护士反映的不公平事件进行妥善处理,为高年资护士提供发展平台,以提高护士的工作满意度。
Objective To investigate nurses' job satisfaction in first-class hospitals. Methods Totally 405 nurses in a first- class hospital were recruited and investigated with Job Satisfaction Inventory. Results The total score of job satisfaction was (3.33±0.47) points. Nurses showed higher satisfaction with the dimensions of interpersonal relations,sense of accomplishment and income,but lower satisfaction with the dimensions of feeling of pressure,sense of fairness and sense of social recognition. Nurses aged less than 25 years and nurses in surgical departments showed higher job satisfaction than other groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion In general,the level of job satisfaction in first-class hospitals is low. Nursing administrators should relieve nurses' job pressure,properly handle events that nurses reflect unfairly and to provide career development opportunities for senior nurses,and thereby to improve nurses' job satisfaction.
