摘要
我国已进入高等教育大众化阶段,就业问题凸显。有就业优势的高职院校也面临严峻的就业形势。为了对高职院校学生就业形势有客观的认识,本文以高职学生就业的相关数据为依托,分析我国高职院校学生就业现状,给高职院校就业工作改进提供参考建议。
Higher education has stepped into popularity stage; therefore, the problem of employment becomes a hot issue. The vocational college, who has always had high employment rate, also faces the tough situation. In order to have an objective understanding of the employment situation among vocational colleges, the writer will dialectically analyze the current employment situation based on related statistics, and gives some suggestions to improve the employment work.
