摘要
为全面模拟纺织品使用中出现的问题,研究其综合色牢度的测试分析。根据外衣和内衣面料实际穿着情况,提出了与其作用条件相似的耐光照、皂洗、干摩擦综合色牢度和耐光照、汗渍、皂洗综合色牢度两种组合方式;考察了光照方法、摩擦次数、皂洗方法、光照时间和汗渍组分对综合色牢度的影响。结果表明,组合方式和测试条件是影响综合色牢度的主要因素,目测评级和仪器评级的结果基本吻合。
In order to simulate the problems arising from the applications of textiles, the testing and analysis of comprehensive colorfastness are carried out. Two comprehensive colorfastness modes, namely color fastness to light, washing and dry rubbing, and colorfastness to light, perspiration and washing are put forward. The two modes are similar to the actual wearing conditions of outwear and underwear fabric respectively. The effects of the illumination time and method rubbing cycles, soaping methods and perspiration composition on comprehensive colorfastness are discussed. The results show that the compound modes and test conditions are main factors affecting the comprehensive colorfastness. The rating results by visual method is basically consistent with those of instrumental method.
