摘要
随着对纺织品色牢度要求的不断提高,活性染料的色牢度愈来愈受到重视,测定的项目也愈来愈多,色牢度已成为活性染料染色最重要的质量指标。文中系统地介绍了活性染料的各项色牢度性能,包括耐晒、耐汗-光、耐氯、耐过氧化物、耐水解断键、耐摩擦、耐皂洗、耐甲醛、耐氧化性气体、耐热,以及金属络合染料的变色、褪色,染料对纤维素纤维光降解影响等性能;较深入地阐述了各项作用的原理和影响因素,并提出了改善或提高色牢度的措施;分析了染整加工时的一些操作不当问题,可资制订和设计活性染料染色工艺时考虑。
With the increasingly demands on color fastness of textiles, more and more testing items are advanced to evaluate the quality of reactive dyeings. This paper systematicly introduces various color fastness, such as resistance to sunlight, combination of light and perspiration, chlorite, peroxide, hydrolysis, rubbing, soaping, formaldehyde, oxidation gas, heat, as well as color change and decolorization of metal complex dyestuffs, effects of dyes on photo degradation of cellulose frber. Measures to improve the color fastness are put forward. It provides theoretical basis on R&D of new reactive dyes.
