摘要 介绍一种用于生物分离纯化过程中pH值与电导率一体化测量仪的设计与实现方案。该仪器以单片机MSP430F149为控制核心,主要由激励信号模块、信号放大处理模块、温度测量模块、显示模块、键盘模块和串口通信模块等构成。通过两点pH值校准方法和对电导率温度系数补偿的方法,实现了对生物试剂pH值与电导率的精确测量。同时具有LCD显示和通过RS232接口与上位机进行串行通信的功能。仪器具有精度高、稳定性好和功耗低等特点。 An instrument which detects pH and conductivity in biological separation and purification process was introduced. The instrument used MSP430F149 MCU as the control center and was consisted of the following parts : an excitation signal module, a signal amplification and processing module, a temperature measurement module, a display module, keyboard module etc. By the method of using two-point calibration for pH measurement and the method of temperature coefficient compensation for conductivity measurement, the instrument achieved detecting the pH value and conductivity of biological reagent accurately. At the same time the instrument realized displaying the pH value and conductivity with LCD and communicating with PC by RS232. The instrument has the advantages of high accuracy, good stability and low power consumption.
