摘要
动车组车体结构件由6005A铝合金拉伸型材焊接而成,型材内部具有不同形状的筋。铣削加工时,有时会产生筋变形现象。切削力和工件刚度是影响切削变形的主要因素。通过对6005A铝合金结构件进行切削实验,测量不同切削参数和铣削方式时的切削力,观测工件变形情况,分析切削力对切削变形的影响规律,优化选择切削参数和铣削方式,为解决车体结构件铣削加工时的筋变形问题提供理论依据。
The car body structure is welded from 6005A aluminum alloy profiles with ribs in different angles. While milling the car body structure, sometimes rib deformations happened. Cutting force and workpiece stiffness are the main factors resulting in cut ting deformation. Cutting experiments on 6005A aluminum alloy structure are conducted and cutting forces are measured in differ ent cutting parameters and milling modes, and the workpiece deformation is observed. By means of analysis on the ribs deforma tion law caused by cutting force,cutting parameters and milling modes are optimized to provide a theoretical basis of solving the problem of ribs deformation in millin~ car body stnJcture.
