摘要
采用多因素正交试验法,在五轴高速数控加工中心,进行了高速铣削45#中碳钢的试验。基于概率统计和回归分析原理,建立了45#中碳钢的铣削力经验模型,并对回归方程和回归系数分别进行了显著性检验。通过分析正交试验直观图,研究了铣削用量对铣削力的影响。为高速铣削中碳钢、合理选择铣削参数提供了可靠的依据。
This paper focuses on developing an empirical model for the prediction of milling forces in highspeed end milling of 0.45% carbon steel. The spindle speeds, feed rate, axial and radial depth of cut are considered as the affecting factors. The data for establishing the model are from high-speed end milling experiments conducted on a 5-axis digital control machining center according to the principles of DOE (design of experiments) method. The influences of milling parameters on milling forces are investigated by analyzing the experimental curves. Consequently, multivariate linear regression analysis is applied in developing the empirical model. Furthermore, the significances of the regression equation and regression coefficients are statistically tested in this paper to validate the model.
