摘要
产粮大省在我国粮食生产、加工、储运、物流、销售等方面占有重要的地位。然而,这些省的粮食产业各环节存在不协调和脱节现象,尚未形成一个完整的链条,迫切需要对整个粮食产业链上的各环节进行综合协调与管理。实施粮食全产业链管理的基本途径有:一是行业中的"领袖"企业通过实施前向一体化和后向一体化重组产业链,二是产前、产中、产后储运和加工、分销的各经济主体纵向合作贯通全产业链,三是通过名牌产品带动将产业链上的企业连接起来,四是通过企业之间的兼并联合滚动覆盖全产业链,五是组建粮食产业战略联盟。
The major grain-producing provinces play an important role on China＇ s grain production, processing, storage, transportation, logistics, marketing and so on. These provincial food industry, however, each link is uncoordinated and disjointed phenomenon, and they have not formed a complete chain. So, each link carries on the comprehensive coordination and management for the whole food industry chain is urgent need. These are implementation of the basic ways of the whole industry chain management of grain： one is that the industry ＂leader＂ of the enterprises through forward integration and backward integration restructures the industry chain. The second is that longitudinal cooperation of various economic entities, such as prenatal, delivery, postpartum storage and processing, distribution, run through the whole industry chain. Three is to make the industry chain enterprises link up driven by brand products. Four is through the enterprises merger and joint between scroll cover the whole industry chain. Five is the formation of grain industry strategic alliances.
