摘要
节粮减损对世界各国尤其是发展中国家保障粮食安全具有重要意义。本文通过分析发现,发展中国家节粮减损工作面临节粮减损意识不足、农业基础设施匮乏、农业技术缺乏、产业链不完善等方面的挑战。基于中国节粮减损工作的经验与成效,提出推动节粮减损南南合作的路径:凝聚节粮减损共识,打造常态化南南节粮减损交流平台;加强基础设施建设,强化节粮减损基础支撑;扩大农资农机出口,推动农业优势产能合作;促进节粮减损技术合作,加强农业技术人才培养。
Reducing food loss and waste is of great significance for countries around the world to ensure food security,especially developing countries.Through analysis,this article finds that there are some challenges for developing countries to reduce food loss and waste,such as insufficient awareness of reducing food loss and waste,lack of agricultural infrastructure,lack of agricultural technology,and imperfect agricultural industrial chains.Based on China's experiences and effectiveness of reducing food loss and waste,this paper proposes the path to promote South-South cooperation in reducing food loss and waste:consolidating consensus on reducing food loss and waste and creating a normalized South-South exchange platform;Strengthening infrastructure construction and improving basic support for reducing food loss and waste;expanding the export of agricultural materials and machinery and promoting cooperation in agricultural advantageous production capacity;promoting cooperation in agricultural technology and strengthening the cultivation of agricultural technical talents.
