山楂叶总黄酮对糖尿病大鼠睾丸损伤的保护作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨山楂叶总黄酮(TFHL)对糖尿病所致大鼠睾丸损伤的保护作用及其可能机制。方法雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、糖尿病模型组和TFHL治疗组。光镜下观察睾丸的显微结构改变,并检测睾丸组织抗氧化酶超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活力及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果糖尿病模型组大鼠睾丸组织光镜下主要表现为睾丸曲细精管萎缩、变形及生精上皮脱落,TFHL治疗组大鼠睾丸组织的形态结构接近于正常。TFHL治疗组大鼠睾丸组织MDA含量显著低于糖尿病模型组(P<0.01),SOD及GSH-Px活性显著高于糖尿病模型组(P均<0.05)。结论 TFHL对糖尿病所致的大鼠睾丸损伤有显著保护作用,其机制可能与减轻氧化应激损伤有关。 Objective It is to investigate the protective effect and its mechanism of total flavones of hawthorn leaf (TFHL) on testis injury in diabetic rats. Methods SD male rats were randomly divided into normal control group (n = 10), diabetic model group (n = 10) , TFHL therapy group (n = 10). Testicular structure was observed under light microscope. The level of Glutathione peroxidase (SOD) , Glutathione peroxidase (GSH -Px) , and Malondialdehyde (MDA) concentration were measured in testicular homogenate. Results The pathologic changes such as deformation of seminiferous tubule, atrophy and shedding of germinal epithelium were observed under LM in diabetic group, the injury of testicular tissue was improved by TFHL in TFHL therapy group. Compared with diabetic model group, the activity of SOD, and GSH - Px increased while content of MDA decreased in TFHL therapy group(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion TFHL has significantly preventive effects on the testis injury induced by diabetic in rats, and the mechanism may be related to relieving oxidative stress damage.
