摘要
电炉熔炼高钛渣过程中,会产生大量的烟尘,其中含有TiO2等有价成分,而回收利用钛渣烟尘中的TiO2具有经济及环保的双重意义,为此,对酸浸法回收钛渣烟尘中TiO2的工艺条件进行了研究,通过试验得到了最佳浸出条件。在酸浸温度为120℃、酸浸时间为2 h、浸出酸为盐酸且浓度为4 mo·lL-1、液固比为10∶1的浸出条件下,酸浸后的烟尘中TiO2质量分数可以从酸浸前的38.3%提高到58.5%,从而达到利用钛渣烟尘制取富钛料的目的。
So much smoke dust is produced during the high titanium slag smelting process by electric furnace, which always contains many valuable ingredients such as TiO2 , thus recycling TiO2 from smoke dust has double significance of economic and environment. Therefore, recycling TiO2 from titanium slag smoke dust by acid leaching was researched in this paper, and the optimum conditions were found out. Leaching by hydrochloric acid with the concentration of 4 mol·L^-1 at 120 ℃ for 2 h, and the liquid-solid ratio was 10 to 1, the mass fraction of TiO2 in the smoke dust could be raised from 38.3% to 58.5% , which showed the purpose of making rich-titanium material from smoke dust was reached.
