摘要
分析高钛渣冶炼的原理、钛精矿和无烟煤的化学组成,探讨烟气成分、处理工艺、烟气净化及回收利用效果,研究高钛渣冶炼中冷却水和污水的循环利用。分析与研究显示:采用先进工艺技术、严格控制污染、开展高钛渣冶炼是钛资源开发的有效途径;密闭电炉冶炼法是当今最先进的生产方法,可获得钛渣和副产品金属铁。
This paper analyzes the essential principle of high-titanium sag smelting, the chemical composition of titanium concentrate and anthracite. The flue gas composition, processing technology and flue gas utilization effect and recovery and purification are discussed, and the recycling of cooling water and waste water in High-Titanium Slag smelting are analyzed. Analysis and research show that the use of advanced technology, strict control of pollution, the high titanium slag smelting conduction are effective ways of titanium resource development. Airtight furnace smelting method is the most advanced production methods, and by-product of titanium slag and metal iron can be obtained.
