摘要
分析了单级反激高功率因数发光二极管(LED)照明驱动电源控制芯片MP4021的工作原理,通过与传统的L6562+恒流反馈芯片方案进行对比可知,MP4021控制的LED驱动电源具有高功率因数和低成本优势,并设计出一种基于MP4021的高功率因数LED驱动电源电路。详细介绍了芯片内部的功率因数校正(PFC)电路原理和主要的参数设计,并经过实验验证该电源电路能实现较高的功率因数,且能高效稳定地运行。
The working principle of a single-stage flyback light emitting diode (LED) lighting driver power supply with high power factor based on controller MP4021 is investigated.Compared to controller L6562 with feedback of constant current controlling from secondary side,it is demonstrated that MP4021 has high power factor and low cost advan- tages.Furthermore,a high power factor LED driver power supply circuit is designed based on MP4021.The operation of the chip's internal power factor correction (PFC) circuit and the main design parameters of this LED driver are also presented.Experimental results verify that the power supply circuit can achieve high power factor,and can run effi- ciently and stably.
