摘要
目前高校院级行政办公室普遍存在管理人员素质不高、院级领导身兼数职不能潜心管理、办公室责任分工不明确等问题,这些问题将直接影响到学校的科学发展。因此需要建立一支优良的行政管理队伍,提高管理效率;提高学院领导者的管理、决策水平;建立分工协同负责制,合理分工,权责分明;进行弹性化和"前瞻性"的行政管理。
The University administrative office is a significant administrative department playing multiple roles of teaching, research and discipline construction. The paper mainly analyses the current situation a- bout the low personal quality of administrative staff, the insufficient care from the institute leadership ow- ing to multitask, the disordered office labor allocation and duty arrangement, the rigid management mode, and so on, which have directly affect the scientific development of college and school. Then, the paper points out that it is necessary to establish a good management team, to improve the efficiency of manage- ment, to enhance the decision-making lever of college leaders, to establish the division co-responsibility system to make sure the management is reasonable and flexible, and to make the administration more pro- spective.
