摘要
院级办公室是高校基层的行政管理机构,也是综合开展事务性工作的核心部门。伴随着新时期高校教育改革的不断深入,高校建设规模继续扩大,办公室行政管理工作量庞大、繁杂,为保障学院各项工作有序运行,积极采取有效措施,从细处着眼,对工作过程实施精细化管理已是当务之急。本文通过对行政管理工作精细化创新思路进行分析,并结合自身工作实践经验,以办公室日常事务为例,阐明漏斗模型在新时期高校院级办公室精细化管理中的具体应用,以期提出加强现代高校院级办公室行政管理的有效途径。
The college-level office is the basic administrative organization of colleges and universities,and it is also the core department to carry out comprehensive affairs work.With the constant deepening of educational reform in colleges and universities in the new period,the scale of construction in colleges and universities has continued to expand,and the workload of office administration is huge and complicated.In order to ensure the orderly operation of all work in colleges,effective measures have been taken actively,focusing on the details.Delicacy management in the working process should be given the first priority.Through the analysis of the innovative delicacy management of the administrative work,and combined with the author’s own working experience,taking the office routine as an example,this paper expounds the concrete application of funnel model in the delicacy management of college-level offices in the new period,in order to put forward the effective ways of strengthening the modern college-level office administration.
