摘要
在构建包括组织管理制度化、现场管理标准化、目标管理集成化、文档管理格式化及过程管理信息化的公路工程建设规范化管理技术体系的基础之上,对这一整套管理理念、管理方法、管理手段和管理措施的内涵进行了阐述,并分析其运行模式和规律,以提升公路工程建设的管理效率、全面实现项目的建设目标.
Based on the system of highway engineering construction standardization management technolo- gy including organizational management institutionalization, field management standardization, manage- ment integration by objectives, document management formatting and process management informational- ization, the paper expounds the connotation for a full set of management philosophy, management method, management means and management measures. The operation mode and rule are analyzed , to improve the efficiency of management of highway engineering construction and fully realize the construction of the pro- ject goals.
