摘要
建立了高速公路建设项目执行控制体系的评价指标,并运用德尔菲法分析了指标体系的权重,最后采用可拓综合评价方法分析了某重点高速公路建设项目执行控制体系的运行绩效,给出了相应的建议与对策.这种绩效评价方法目标明确、可操作性强,对高速公路建设项目执行控制体系的实时运行、控制和调整有良好的促进作用.
The evaluation index of execution control system of freeway construction project is established in this paper. And Delphi method is adapted to analyze the weights of index system. Then the extension synthesis assessment method is adapted to analyze the execution control system performance of a key high- way construction project, and the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are given. The goal of this kind of performance evaluation method is clear, and the maneuverability is strong. It has good stimu- lative effect on the real-time execution, control and adjustment of highway construction project.
