新建本科院校地理教师继续教育模式探讨

摘要 基础教育改革深刻影响着新建本科院校地理课程与教学改革的步伐,也引领着地理教师继续教育模式的不断创新。文章在把握新建本科院校地理教师继续教育内涵与问题的基础上,以钦州学院地理教师继续教育为例,通过专业研修学习、课改辅导讲座、教改课题带动、校本教材研发、教育实习指导、网络自主学习、顶岗支教锻炼等,提出新建本科院校地理教师继续教育的有效模式,旨在推动新建本科院校地理科学专业师资水平的整体提升。 Basic education reform deeply impacts the reform pace of geography education, and also leads the innovation of the further education model for the geography teachers in new undergraduate colle ges. On the basis of grasping the connotation and problem of further education of geography teachers in new un dergraduate colleges, the paper takes further education of geography teachers in Qinzhou University as an ex ample, through professional development training, curriculum reform counseling lectures, the drive of educa- tional reform issues, school - based materials research and development, the guidance of educational prac tice, network self - determined learning, the practice of supporting education, and so on, the paper propo ses the effective further education model for geography teachers in new undergraduate colleges, which aims to promote the overall professional level of geography teachers in new undergraduate colleges.
