摘要
人才招聘是各大高校储备人才的重要渠道,对高校人才队伍建设发挥着特殊作用,据统计,许多高校在人才招聘工作中取得了可喜的成绩,但是取得成绩的同时也存在着一系列问题,例如高校人才招聘方式单一、人才待遇比较低、二级单位积极性不高等等。鉴于此,文章对人才招聘过程中存在的问题加以剖析,同时提出相应的对策,完善高校人才招聘工作,进而提高人才招聘效率。
