摘要
以世界自然和文化遗产地武夷山的游客为研究样本,结合当地旅游的实际情况,运用推—拉理论总结了影响旅游者旅游动机的推力和拉力因子,以此为基础设计调查问卷,对来访的游客进行抽样调查和深入访谈.通过SPSS17.0软件进行因子分析,分别确定了4项推力公因子"地位与声望"、"情感与交际"、"景色与文化知识"、"休闲与康体"和4项拉力公因子"旅游设施和环境"、"自然资源和旅游特色"、"旅游消费和服务"、"文化旅游资源",在此基础上找出了旅游者旅游动机的一些共同特征,提出了相应的旅游产品开发策略,为当地旅游业的进一步发展提供理论参考.
This paper, by taking tourists from world natural and cultural heritage Wuyishan as a sample, integrates the actual situation of local tourism, adopting push -pull theory to sum up push factors and pull factors which have influences on tourists' travel motivation. Questionnaires are designed and in - depth interviews are carried out for tourists. Through factor analysis in SPSS17.0 software, four common push factors "fame and position", " emotion and communication", " scenery and cultural knowledge" and "leisure and health" are identified, as well as four pull factors, named "facilities and environment", "natural resources and travel features", "consumption and services" and '" cultural resources" are estab- lished. Some common features of tourists" travel motivation are identified, and corresponding strategies for tourism products development are proposed, which may provide theoretical references for the further devel- opment of the local tourism industry.
