摘要
职业学校旨在培养、造就数以千万计有文化、懂技术、善经营、会管理、讲诚信、觉悟高的技术人才。因此,职业学校应把行为导向教学理念贯穿整个德育教学(德育课)中,提高学生的整体素质,让学生在今后的社会工作中有更强大的竞争力。因此,改革传统的技校德育课考试模式,构建与行为导向教学相一致的德育课考试模式,才是真正体现职业学校的育人目标。
Vocational schools aim at cultivating technical talents with high cultural attainments, superior skills, experienced oper-ation abilities, good credibility and high political consciousness. Therefore, behavior-oriented teaching should run through the whole process of moral education in vocational schools, so as to improve students＇ overall qualities and enhance their competi-tiveness in future social work. The real embodiment of the objec-tives of vocational education is to reform traditional education modes for vocational school moral education and establish an ex-amination mode for moral education course consistent with be-havior-oriented teaching.
