摘要
目的探讨急诊有机磷农药中毒患者的急救护理方法 ,并总结其护理经验。方法对2009年3月至2012年3月急诊收治的89例有机磷农药中毒的患者进行相关的针对性护理,回顾性分析临床抢救和病情观察体会,探讨总结其护理经验。结果 89例患者经积极抢救及精心护理后,83例患者治愈出院,2例患者经积极抢救治疗无效死亡,4例患者自动出院;抢救成功率为93.26%。结论急诊有机磷农药中毒患者应采取尽早彻底洗胃、尽早建立人工气道选择有创机械通气、严密观察病情变化、合理使用阿托品等治疗及护理措施。
Objective To explore the emergency care of patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, and summarize the nursing experience. Methods A total of 89 patients with rganophosphorus pesticide poisoning enrolled from March 2009 to March 2012 was treated with related care. Retrospective analysis on clinical rescue and disease observation was conduct- ed to explore the summary of the care experience. Results After a positive rescue and intensive care, 83 cases from 89 patients were cured, 2 cases died after a positive life-saving treatment and 4 cases were discharged with the success rate of rescue was 93.26%. Conclusion Emergency organophosphorus pesticide poisoning should be early and thorough gastric lavage as soon as possible to establish an artificial airway to invasive mechanical ventilation, close observation of changes in condition, and the ra- tional use of atropine treatment and care measures.
