摘要
五大连池矿泉水富含铁、硅质、锶、溴、碘等多种对人体有益的微量元素,其水源储量丰富、水质稳定优良,系我国少见的珍贵天然饮料,可以作为很好的医疗保健泉水来开发利用。而罗汉果作为我国的传统药用植物,有着悠久的栽培史,其药理成分近年来引起国内外研究专家的关注和重视。罗汉果皂甙是罗汉果中最主要的有效成分,不但具有药用疗效,而且还是一种品质优良的甜味剂,可以代替蔗糖用于高血压、糖尿病、肥胖症等患者及老年人和儿童的保健品。综合多种饮料制作方法,遴选出适合罗汉果的制作工艺,研制、开发出一种新型五大连池罗汉果饮料,使其既保留五大连池矿泉水水源的优良特性,同时还具有罗汉果的独特果味及保健功能。
Wudalianchi mineral water is rich in iron,silica,strontium,bromine,iodine,etc.Many kinds of microelement are beneficial to human body.Source of water is abundant,water quality is stable and great.It is rare and precious natural drink in China,it can serve as a good springs of medical treatment and health care to develop and utilize.Siraitia grosvenorii,a traditional medicinal plant in China which has a long history of cultivation whose the pharmacological ingredients at home and abroad attract the attention in recent years.Saponin is one of the most important effective ingredients in Siraitia grosvenorii（Swingle） C.Jeffrey, possesses medicinal effect and is also a kind of high quality sweeteners.It can take the place of sugar,to be used in patients with hypertension,diabetes,obesity and the elderly people and children＇s health protection.Production and technology will be selected for Siraitia grosvenorii（Swingle） C.Jeffrey by synthesizing produce method of variety of beverage.A new type of Wudalianchi and Siraitia grosvenorii drink will be researched and developed,it kept excellent characteristic of Wudalianchi mineral water and also has unique flavour of fruit and health care function at the same time.
