摘要
对蒲公英、茅根、菊花复合饮料的制作过程进行了研究,并对蒲公英、茅根、菊花汁提取工艺及复合饮料配方进行了探讨,用正交试验法得出了复合饮料的最佳工艺参数,制得色泽自然、澄清透明、口感清爽的蒲公英茅根菊花清凉保健饮料。
This paper mainly introduced the processing and manufacturing of the health drink by mixing natural dandelion, couchgrass root and chrysanthemum. Their clarification processing and formula has been discussed. And the optimum technology parameters were investigated by orthogonal test. It is the result that the flavor, color, texture and taste of the product were very good.
