摘要
临床实践能力是临床医学专业学位研究生培养的核心和重要内容,临床技能的水平决定着临床医学专业学位研究生培养的质量.本文在文献研究基础上,结合样本医科大学临床医学专业学位研究生培养的现状,回顾了临床医学专业学位研究生培养中存在的问题,并从优化课程体系、规范培养环节、完善质量保障体系、提高临床科研能力、加强师资队伍建设5个方面提出了提高临床医学专业学位研究生培养质量的对策.
Clinical practice ability training is the core and main content for professional degree postgraduate in clinical medicine.The level of clinical skills determines the graduate cultivation quality.Based on the former research and combined the present situation of training these postgraduates in representative medical university,this paper reviews the problems in training progress.To solve these problems,we summary the countermeasures to improve the cultivation quality of professional degree postgraduate in clinical medicine from optimize the curriculum system,standardize the training progress,complete the quality assurance system,improve the clinical research ability,and strengthen the construction of teaching staff.
